Courtyard by Marriott Casper

We used your hotel brand twice during this trip, and we are confident we will continue choosing your hotels in the future. The hotel itself was wonderful. The cozy inner courtyard with a fireplace created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The pool schedule was very convenient, and the breakfast was outstanding. Having all-day access to the restaurant was incredibly convenient, and everything was absolutely delicious.

This was a great hotel. The room was clean. The hotel uses refill shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I don’t prefer to use these shared items. The staff were friendly and helpful. We ate at the Bistro and it was delicious. We grabbed a Starbucks drink and breakfast sandwich at the hotel after we checked out. If we are ever in town again we will stay here again.

The hotel’s location was right beside the highway for easy access traveling to other places near and far. The hotel itself was clean and the room was quiet for rest and sleep. The staff were all pleasant, friendly and helpful. I never dined in the hotel so I cannot rate or evaluate food having opted for outside restaurants. My only criticism and it isn’t harsh in the least was the light above the bathroom mirror was out and it was corrected four days after my initial notice to management. Love this hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. It has a bistro which was convenient and the food was good. In the morning they have a breakfast menu and Starbucks coffee etc. The room was clean. The water pressure could have been a little stronger. They do not provide individual shampoo, conditioner and lotion. They refill the containers in the shower which I don’t prefer community items. That was the only thing I was disappointed with.

We stayed at the Courtyard Marriott in Casper over Thanksgiving weekend, and I want to begin by saying that the staff working the holiday were warm, welcoming, and genuinely pleasant. The lobby felt inviting, and the room itself was clean, organized, and comfortable at first glance. That said, the stay missed the mark in several important areas—surprising for a Marriott, especially after logging 50+ nights with the brand this year. Where things fell short: • Bathroom cleanliness: There was urine down the front of the toilet when we arrived and a used washcloth on top of the shower curtain.
