Candlewood Suites Casper by IHG

My husband stayed there for two weeks and he was pleased with the kitchen refrigerator and room overall. He was very comfortable away from home. Michelle also did us a solid by putting his groceries away before he arrived. Thank you Michelle for superseding our expectations

Positive: "" Negative: It smelled of cooked grease the floor was filthy when we walked through the front entrance to check in the room reeked of cooking . They should open the windows between guests. We did the fresh air was a relief !

After a long day of driving we stopped at Candlewood Suites for the night. The hotel lobby and the room were immaculate. The front desk staff member was welcoming and helpful. Our room was quiet and we slept comfortably that night. The mattress was not too firm or soft, the pillows were perfect! In the morning, we grabbed coffee and hit the road again. Pleasantly surprised that the coffee tasted so good, which is not our typical experience in most hotels! Will definitely try this hotel in other stops in our journeys!

The Staff at the front desk were extremely helpful in the checking in process. They offered helpful suggestions on where to dine and what to visit while in Casper. The room was nice and very clean. The room was also insulated well so I could not hear anyone next to me. The kitchenette was fully stocked and not missing any key items for an extended stay.

I find each time that I stay at this location that there are a few more construction type workers here. While I understand that paying customers are paying customers I eventually may seek out a hotel that caters more to business type clientele and I can better relax without walking through the smokers in the parking lot and sharing the elevator with workers dirty from their day of work. My room was comfortable and I slept well but otherwise the experience felt a little like I was at a construction site and not a place where I could relax comfortably.
