Hampton Inn & Suites Casper

Being celiac, it’s important to know that I am safe with my gluten free breakfast. I asked about it the night before and in the morning the wonderful worker Tabitha had a plate already ready for me. She even asked if I wanted some udi muffins to go. So kind and wonderful. I’m so grateful for the kindness shown. The rooms are great too. So pleasant

Overall, we were disappointed with this Hampton Inn. |After a long drive, we checked in looking forward to a restful night…but we found that: |(1) our room was unpleasantly dark. Better lighting would have dramatically improved in our stay! |(2) the faucet fixture for the sink in the bathroom was placed in the most inconvenient location possible, so that it was impossible to properly use that faucet without bumping up against the sides of the sink. To clarify, the sinks are rectangular, and for some reason (perhaps the architect did not plan appropriately?), the plumber had to place the faucet on the corner of the rectangular sink.|In addition, there were flying/crawling insects in our room, and also crawling on the windows outside our room. We were told that they are a seasonal nuisan

Wonderful stay! Raven was the best! She deserves a promotion. My partner enjoyed talking to her and I did too. We would absolutely recommend staying here! Super comfortable, great prices, and great amenities!

Raven was very kind to me and helped me with my room. She made great recommendations and was excellent at her job helping other guests including me. The stay was great and the breakfast is actually good/decent. But the staff is wonderful, and Raven especially. Great stay and would recommend.

Absolutely loved my stay this last weekend. I was in town filming and I was blow away at how nice the rooms were. It was affordable but felt like a 5 star hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Kudos. I'll be back again for sure. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
