Hyatt Place Casper

I stayed here last month and really enjoyed my visit. The rooms are brand new and super clean. The bar area is very modern and the service was impeccable across the board. The breakfast had some unique selections as well which made it a really nice experience. Highly recommend staying here - it’s the best property in town!

Great stay at the Hyatt. The customer service was excellent — everyone was friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. The rate was very reasonable, especially for how nice and clean the rooms were. Everything felt fresh and well taken care of. Would definitely stay here again.

I have enjoyed my stay here, it's new and has a lot of interesting features. At first I didn't see a hot tub, but no worries as the pool is heated salt water which I actually enjoyed more. There are subtle things that are cool as well such as 80's music playing in near the bar area, and a perfume-like smell to the hallways. Not overpowering, and pleasant smelling. The walk-in shower was fantastic. The only thing I'd change is the shower nozzle as it's one of those Obama-era water-saving showers with low pressure. Easy fix. The staff are SUPER nice, and great to talk to. I don't know why the other reviews on her were all complaining about locals etc., the majority of hotels have this policy.

The customer service was outstanding. I had interactions with five staff members over two days so I cannot recall names, but I don't remember ever being so impressed. They even moved breakfast to an earlier time because there were sports teams and officials that needed to eat before events. I mentioned not having a microwave and they offered to bring one to my room or allow me to use the one in the breakfast area... and most importantly - Best cookie ever!

Tammi and the team at Hyatt Place does an outstanding job hosting our meeting. The meeting space is perfect — clean, well organized, and set up exactly how we needed it. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish, which made it easy for us to focus on our event. Tammi was incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure every detail was taken care of.
