Holiday Inn Casper East - Medical Center by IHG

An older hotel with a good location. The rooms are dated and floor and ceilings are paper thin so you can hear everything your neighbor is doing. There was no complimentary breakfast that the Holiday Inn Express offers and not even coffee in the morning. You pay a higher price compared to other hotels in the area so you can be awake all night listening to your neighbors and drive away hunger and coffee less in the morning. Star at the Best Western Inn right behind it.

I returned to the Holiday Inn Casper after staying here two years ago. That earlier visit was disappointing. I decided to give the hotel another chance while in town for two nights.||||The property, built around 2008, has never been renovated. Unfortunately, the lack of investment shows. Carpets in both public spaces and guestrooms are stained and worn, furniture is scuffed, the pool is in bad shape, and the fitness equipment is several years outdated. By any reasonable measure, the hotel is overdue by seven years for a full renovation. With the property currently up for sale, it seems unlikely any updates will happen soon.||||That said, my stay was not without positives. Came in super late. Very tired after a 13 hour drive. Star of the show was Zoe (front desk) who was warm, welcoming and helped us out so much! ⭐️ Beds were great and room very clean. Fantastic stay!

I really enjoyed the Hotels cleanliness and beauty. The staff is helpful and the rooms are big and comfortable. The only complaint I have is they did not offer a continental breakfast. I count on that, other wise I have to take time out and change my schedule in the morning to order one.

This was a nice hotel and you will probably like it -- as long as you don't mind being lied to. It's advertised to have a continental breakfast, and was even told by the woman checking us in that the continental breakfast was from 6a -- 10a. Do they have a continental breakfast? Nope! You only have the option of ordering breakfast from their first floor restaurant. Like I said -- as long as you don't mind being lied to, you'll probably like the place just fine.
