Holiday Inn Express Casper-I-25 by IHG

There wasn’t much to complain about except the blood stain on the sheets and the can of chew left under the AC unit, both did not come from us and we didn’t notice until later. did let the front desk know and they changed the sheets. The room could’ve been cleaned better but all in all 6/10 experience

Overall, not a bad stay. I stayed here 3 nights. ||Pros included seemingly recently renovated rooms, good location close to restaurants and clean with comfortable beds.||Cons included the average breakfast, ok service and pool that was under construction for 2 years? Very excessive amount of time IMO. Prices were also a little high.||I would probably stay here again, but might look at other options.

We were in a newly redone room. We found several things what needed attention that had been missed before opening the room back up to guests. The breakfast each morning was nice. The breakfast attendant on Saturday and Wednesday morning was very pleasant but the lady the other mornings was less than helpful. The beds and size of the room was very comfortable for an 4 night stay: Overall I would recommend this hotel for future stays.

The room was decent. Clean and new. I felt like it was a bit overpriced. This biggest disappointment was the breakfast. First, they don't start service until 7 AM. Nobody who travels for business can wait until 7 to eat breakfast. Then, the food! :-(( Microwaved cheese omelettes with American or velveeta cheese in an egg-like substance. Microwaved potatoes, turkey sausage and microwaved pork sausage patties that did not look like pork sausage. I would never order nor pay for this stuff in a restaurant.

Now fully renovated but for the pool and spa area, the hotel is now looking like a holiday inn flagship||However what continues to set it above everyone else is its staff. Polite and efficient, this hotel runs like clockwork ||Well located next to the Interstate, it remains a spelling choice year after year
