Motel 6 Billings, MT - South

This place may not look like the fanciest place in town because it’s not, however it is affordable. I can not tell you how much I appreciate the fact that the manager was very friendly and understanding, it is clean, no bedbugs or cockroaches! The staff was friendly and helpful, the environment was clean and quiet. The location was also very good for me, as I work only a couple of miles from there. Our overall experience at Motel 6 South in Billings was pleasant and I would recommend it to anyone who needs a clean, quiet, place to stay.

I had an excellent stay at this motel! The room was spotless, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable night. What really stood out was the amazing customer service—Princess at the front desk was absolutely wonderful! She was warm, welcoming, and went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed. It’s not often you come across staff who genuinely care about your experience, and Princess truly made me feel at home. The location was convenient, and the overall value was unbeatable. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend this place to anyone passing through!

Room was fine, stains on the walls. Maintenance team was excellent. Responded quickly to a refrigerator issue and made sure it was resolved. Breakfast was really good and staff was very friendly

Positive: price Negative: was given 3 different rooms, none had hot water for a shower - which is why I got the room. Ended up leaving. No refund available

Staff was friendly. ||Went to room, opened door and the smell was horrible, wasn’t pot. What does meth smell like? Checked refrigerator and it was not working. Lamp shades broken and wires hanging out of wall where smoke detector should have been. Folded back sheets on bed and greeted by several pubic hairs and stained pillows. Tried to take shower, but shower does not drain. Towel bar ripped from wall and missing. Floors are sticky. ||Waited until 6 am to get out. ||||Learned a lesson, won’t be back, EVER.
