Motel 6 Austin, TX - Central Downtown UT

Nice clean floors and good heating and cooling unit ,that's about it. Someone's long hair left on side of tub and on top of shower curtain, king size bed, HARD AS A ROCK, felt like sleeping on the floor. Location is cool..you get what you pay for but we wont be back. Door locking pad Is loose. Can shake it with your hand and we had a water roach in the bathroom..service was nice in office upon sign in but we will not be staying here again. 125 booked online ,you definitely get what you pay for. No shampoo just bar soap and towels.

If I could give it a 0 stars I would! The man at the front desk has a nasty attitude and is rude ! The rooms always have something that doesn’t work such as the tvs , ac , or shower not to mention a big plumbing issue! They also never have hot water when I asked for a refund when they told me I couldn’t rent again they kept my money ! The house maids will walk into your room without permission they don’t care if you’re naked or not! The beds are hard as a rock and the sheets will have your skin itching. The dogs bark in the backyard behind the motel all day and night as well and drug addicts walking the parking lot all night , they have put new beds in certain rooms but continue to rent out the ran down rooms simply robbing people of their hard earned money this place needs to be shut down

Positive: the price Negative: Crackheads literally everywhere. Hotel neighbors were having a party and some man tried to sell me mens boxer briefs. (I'm a woman).

The room smelled of stale cigarettes and weed. Long dark hairs were left on the bathroom floor. Gaps in the door and frame. I cannot recommend this facility. Was thankful to only be staying one night. Left at 4:40 in the morning. Couldn’t take the smell any longer.

Location is great but pretty scary vibe when you can't go into the lobby because they locked down for security. Rooms were in poor repair and were not super clean. My biggest annoyance was the strong chemical smell in the room. Only positives, I felt that bed bugs couldn't possibly survive in that chemical bath in the air. Nonetheless. First thing I did when I got home was wash everything. Posting some pics of the status of my room. No coffee. No refrigerator. No shampoo...bare bones.
