Modern Inn

They make you pay $5 for the key. Your suppose to get it back at check out. You don't. There's no soap or shampoo. The shower didn't work. When we complained he said you leave. Doesn't really speak English. Doors lock but locks don't really work. Luckily my husband and I both have guns. Not safe.

The room that I stayed in was very nice! Spacious & Clean!!! The manager of the Modern Inn was exceptionally nice, and always made sure that I had what I needed, and that I was comfortable! I come to Killian often, for my daughter is in the service, and I will most definely stay here again, and I will recommend others to also stay there!

This hotel is strictly for convenience. The rooms are as clean as they can possibly get. You can tell they are struggling and trying. I don't hold any of that against them, because I know how it was 4 years ago😬😱. I'm glad they can make upgrades no matter how few and far in between they maybe.

Owners are very rude went to visit my sister to get my hair braided and the male owner made me leave & kicked my sister out after she paid for a weeks stay!!!! And they charge $60 a night the rooms are bug infested, old & has mold on the ceiling! Please save your money!

Let's start with I personally know for a FACT that others staying haven't always paid on time and yet the manager doesn't hound them for the money but the moment me and my boyfriend dont have the money on time its and issue and we get kicked out. YET I've never seen him do this to anyone else! That being said I dont know what the owners issue with us specifically is but it's not cool to pick and choose who you want to stay and dont want to stay. ESPECIALLY when we kept to ourselves and rarely had any traffic unlike many others that stay there
