Mission Inn & Suites

We loved our room. It was spacious, cable TV and the bed was comfy. The grounds were loaded with beautiful roses and other tropical plants. Loved the continental breakfast. Service was great. Location was a short drive to the boardwalk. We booked one night and then decided to stay another night.

My family had a good experience at the Mission Inn & Suites. The staff was great. Jenny was super nice with booking my reservation and made the process super easy. Sulav was also really nice when we checked in. I like that the hotel had ample parking. Super quiet. We had the window open all night and could hear the ocean! It was overall a great experience. I'll keep this hotel in mind for future needs.

Check in was very pleasant. The lady checking us in gave us a thorough briefing and assured us someone would be there 24 hours a day—something that is rarer and rarer these days. The room is clean and comfortable. Plenty of counter space in the bathroom. One weird quirk is the rollout desk (I’ll provide a picture) that is in the narrow passageway between the entrance and bathroom area and the main part of the room. The Wifi was mostly out of commission. It worked fine the first evening we were there. The second day, it kept dropping my MacBook’s connection. The front desk said to call an outfit called Macrotech. They got me connected but it dropped again as soon as I hung up. I called again and again they did something remotely that got me connected but that only lasted about 10 minutes. I

Positive: Very quaint and clean. Good location Negative: Some Noises from other rooms can be heard, a bit thin. There on a Sunday, so imagining it could be worse on busy weekends.

Greedy, cowardly, and completely unaccountable.||There was active flooding and we were advised not to travel for safety reasons. This hotel refused to help with a cancellation anyway.||The front desk told me customer care had to approve it.|Customer care then told me only the hotel could approve it.||That’s when the runaround became obvious.||When I called the hotel back, they stopped answering entirely. Calls were routed to another number with a full voicemail box, making it impossible to leave a message. During unsafe weather. Completely unacceptable.||This wasn’t confusion — it was greed. Keep the money, avoid the guest, hide behind policy. And when pressed, they chose the cowardly option: silence.||I’m a Special Education teacher and WAS a Hilton member who frequently stays at Hilton
