If I could give zero stars I would. When I walked in there was a homeless man outside smoking drugs. I checked in and was given the wrong room that smelled like mold. I alerted the front desk that I reserved a king and that the room was a queen. The front desk lady immediately countered and said it was a king to which I told her no it was not. Then an Indian man who claimed he worked there went to check the room to confirm it was in fact a queen. He asked the front desk lady to find a king room to which she responded she did not know which rooms were kings. At this point I was upset. A second room was finally found but the door wouldn’t lock or dead bolt. By the time I got to the third room I had had enough. I asked for a refund and was told neither of them knew how to give a refund and t

The moment we walked in, it smelled like cleaning products. When we got the key and went in the elevator to go to our floor, it smelled like weed and wasn't very comfortable to ride on. It was even worse coming down because I had thought that the whole thing would fall of the cables by how it was moving. When we got off the elevator, the first thing I noticed was the stench on the entire floor. It smelled like body odor, and it was super-hot. The fire alarm on the floor kept beeping as well. When we got into the room, the first thing we saw were gnats in the bathroom sink. The more we actually looked into the room, the more we saw wrong. The bedding had holes, lint, and stains all throughout it. We immediately left and requested a refund. The lady was nice about it and we appreciated her f

If I could give this room (not the whole hotel) a zero star... I would. There is no phone to contact the front desk if needed, no coffee maker, no ice bucket, the bed has 2 pillows for a "King" (which was clearly a Queen), there are cigarette burns in the "comforter", a pile of dirt/trash behind the bathroom door, and what looks like blood (and I mean a HUGE amount) on the wall under the sink, and they used the trash can to try to "hide" it. There is also some sort of drain plug or something just pushed to the back corner under the sink. Idk what it is. We have one towel for 2 people, no washcloths, and a bunch of little flies just making sure they annoy us, and trash from previous guests that wasn't picked up... I have been in hospitality for 20 years, and I do NOT like to complain, but t

What did I expect for the price right? In over 60 years staying in hotels, I’ve never seen half pillows on the bed and a flimsy throw and sheet to cover with. Went to hang up clothes, no hangers. Nice little desk in the room, no chair. Two people in the room, one bath towel. If you enjoy the smell of marijuana in the elevators and in the hallways, this is your place (not all of us smoke the bud, but I find that oder offensive). No breakfast here, watered down coffee machine. No blow dryer in the room. Nice that management acknowledges there are some problems with the property, but until some changes are made, or the comments are taken seriously, let the reviews speak for themselves. Good luck!

Super dirty, nasty hotel. I have stayed in so many hotels in my life, and this, by far, was the most unclean. It was late when I checked in and lobby smelled like Marijuana. The other guests walking in and out were unsavory. The room looked like it was glued together. Bathroom curtain was falling off. Worst of all, there were roaches in bathroom. It definitely breaks several health and code violations. Only benefit was the price.
