Best Western Salisbury Plaza

My husband and I stayed here for the Seagull Century ride. We selected this location for its proximity and frankly because none of the hotels we wanted to stay were available. The location is great and we were able to find restaurant and the University (the Seagull Century event location) easily. Our room had a strong chlorine smell coupled with moldy smell. The two made it difficult to breath coupled with the very hard bed, I got little rest. The floor was sticky so had to keep shoes one to walk around due to the ick factor being so high. We only had coffee from the breakfast which was quite good. Did not try the food or pool. Parking which is gated was convenient right in front of our room. Front desk check-in/check-out was friendly but be aware there is a $100 fee for "incidentals

Positive: Staff and selections for breakfast very good Negative: Poor shower. Poor AC. Room was never cleaned. No bathroom fan. Filthy swimming pool.

This place is very pleasant and clean! The staff are friendly, Ms. Ashley checked me in and was very informative and patient with my questions and any concerns I had! The general manager is very kind as well! The breakfast are great and the rooms are cozy! Beds are soft add pillows are like clouds! Over all best place I've stayed so far and highly recommend if you need to get a hotel! Staff made everything really easy and simple for checking in and making sure I stayed comfortable. Wonderful place!

My friend and I arrived very late last night, and BraNesha went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. She called to check how far away we were, and after I let her know we were on the way, she took it upon herself to go to our room and turn the heat on so it would be warm when we arrived. Did not have cable in the room. I couldn't look at nothing but 4 channels. And I mentioned something about it. You got water standing outgoing gate. You cannot leave your room and go to the lobby. You have to go outside of the fence and come in through the front door the breakfast was cold. Could not eat it.
