Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Rogers

Worst place I have ever stayed in my life. I'm afraid to touch the bed. Mold on the mirrors. The "night auditor" with the North Texas sweat shirt and no badge was so rude we asked to leave with no charge but were denied. Bathtub is filthy, mold on mirrors, something I can not identify on the headboard. Horrible place. The man that helped us was very nice but the girl should not be employed with anyone ever. I worked for Wyndham for many years but this place is rock bottom. Will never be back.

The Latina girl who works at the front desk at night is very rude, disrespectful, and foul-mouthed. She treated all of us badly and acts like she owns the hotel. The man who also works at the front desk is also rude and gets annoyed if the key card gets blocked, as if it cost him money to fix it. Other than that, everything was fine, the pregnant girl and the at the front desk are amazing.

Positive: Lobby, rooms and staff were all fine and about what I expected Negative: There is a scary run down hotel with all kinds of weird homless looking peolle across the parking lot that kept me up all night and just generally frightened me.

Rooms are kind of small but really clean. Counter people were helpful they double charged me which had me panicking so I had to go up there to ask and magically the money was put back into my account. It was impossible to contact them from online phone numbers so I had to drive up there. Breakfast was typical for the location nothing extra. Parking was weird I think its because the own the motel next door so you have to enter from the other side.

Disappointing to say the least. Not at all comparable to the Wyndham family of hotels. Located behind a very sketchy looking 8th Street Motel, there is not enough parking. Good luck finding it in the first place. Cereal and orange juice for breakfast. Vending machine only takes cash. ATM out of service during our stay. The phone in our room didn't work. I only needed it to phone down to the desk to tell them the TV had stopped turning on. They advised me maintenance would be at our room in 15 minutes to address the issue. 1 hour later while I'm getting ready to go to an event (and after I had gotten the TV to turn on) maintenance shows up. I turned him away as I was busy getting ready to go, and never could get the volume to work. 1 loud volume on the TV for the rest of the stay. Windows o
