Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Hagerstown by I-81

Rohi the gentleman at checking was super friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to assist me in a few matter. The hotel is beautiful, clean and well maintained. Im not easily impressed but for an average hotel its a very comfortable stay. Lots of outlets and places to plug in devices and if your looking for a bathtub this is your place. They helped make an uncomfortable situation for me very Cozy and allowed me to rest with no worries. In Hagerstown you have to very careful whete you stay and this place is exactly what I look for. A great value and even better service and accommodations. This will be my new go to hotel when in the area. Im sure you will enjoy your stay as well.

My wife and I had an overnight stay traveling for the Thanksgiving holiday. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We arranged for a late arrival. The lobby area was being renovated. We were met by a friendly smiling face. Although I had given all my arrival information via the Microtel app I had to do it again when we arrived. Next morning we went for the complimentary breakfast. The “HOT” food was lukewarm and there were no beverages at all. We were checking out early and the desk clerk, seeing us, did not acknowledge us and took a phone call. After being ignored I eventually handed him our key cards and left.

Positive: Clean and staff was kind Negative: Under renovations. Elevator was out of order. Room was hot and dry. Coffee was terrible… served decaf as regular.

My room was nice and newly renovated. Room was very clean. Used this hotel as an overnight stay while traveling. Managers of the hotel were quite nice. Area is safe but hotel is right on the highway. Noise in the parking lot but not in the room. Renovations in the lobby and the parking lot make the lobby experience nonexistent. If you don’t need to be catered in the lobby and need a quality room this hotel would be perfect. No idea how long renovation will take in lobby but work was taking place during my stay. They do charge $50 upon arrival for room damages. After room inspection $50 is returned with zero troubles. Perfect value for 1-2 night stay

Exceeded my expectations for the price. Staff is nice, room was nice, breakfast was tasty, bed was comfortable. They are making improvements and I had a pleasant stay. Thank you.
