Baymont by Wyndham Albany at Albany Mall

Dipeka was awesome! She was top notch customer service. The room was clean and did not have a high fragrance smell to it, just smelled clean. This is very important to an asthmatic. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was far enough off the road so it was a quiet night.

We stayed here twice around the Thanksgiving holiday. The rooms are clean and beds are comfy. The 2nd time we stayed the door jam didn't quite meet the frame but the door would lock. The hotel is dog friendly and the staff is very nice. Prices are reasonable and there is plenty of parking. The hotel actually is down the road a few blocks from the Albany Mall. Breakfast is continental.

Positive: It was quiet and peaceful! The bed was comfortable. Negative: The shower could’ve had more water pressure; Hot!

I cant say enough about this hotel. The staff is 5 stars!! The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Property is so well maintained and secure for thise pet lovers like me. Ice machines work. Internet is excellent and you have a nice continental breakfast with a nice sitting area to enjoy a cup of coffee and the news.

Overall, I had a great stay at the hotel — the staff was welcoming, the room was comfortable, and the location was convenient. I really appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and amenities. That said, I do wish the housekeeping team paid a bit more attention to the shower area and ceiling. Still, the positives outweighed the negatives, and I’d consider staying here again with just a little improvement in room cleanliness.
