Nice and quiet little campground. The sites are small so 30' and under is a must and be prepared to test your leveling skills! Most sites are sloped front to rear our tongue was just about on the ground to get level but it worked . Left to rite wasn't bad. In my opinion sites 48 was the best with great view of the lake . Decent size beach for this campground and very clean .

We love McKaskey. Its a smaller campground but clean and cozy and we have made many memories thru the years here. We tent camp once per month and do our week summer vacation here as well. Its a small community feel thats a great place to make memories. We always have our favorite sites picked out before hand when we call to book in case some are taken. These photos are at campsite #2 that has plenty of shade and you can walk down to the water as well.

We have an 8 X 14 tent and a screen canopy for over the picnic table. To begin with the tent pad and picnic table shared the site. The table was so big it would not fit in the canopy. We had to move the table almost to the parking area to set out tent and canopy up. I have never camped at such a small spot before. ||It is also VERY irritating when you neighbors come in and block your car in so you had to go to their campsite to get them to move. They also severely violated rule number 4 about quiet time beginning at ten o’clock. It is now 11:15 and their music is so loud it’s impossible to have a normal conversation. It only takes bad neighbors to really ruin your trip. We did not have any camp host come through the 4 days we were there. Unacceptable. We will not go back.

One of my favorite USACE campgrounds, I have many :). It's not to small, not to big, it's just right . Fairly easy to get in and out of if your RV is 30ft or less. Road entrance road is nice, a little small just take your time. I would warn that if you plan on getting their before official check-in that you call first or you'll have a long way to back up

Easy to get to, and quiet. The first few camp sites are fine, but everything after the bathhouse is completely surrounded by dense poison ivy. You will be unable to let your dog sniff near the road or let your kids off your gravel pad. The camp hosts were invisible for my entire stay and there were site reservation signs still left up from weeks earlier, so I'm not sure they do anything other than take advantage of free camping.
