Marriott Tampa Westshore

We had a wonderful experience. We were given excellent service especially when it was the day after a holiday. Their shuttle services was great because it shuttled you to and from the airport and other places within a two mile radius from the hotel. The front desk staffer, Hunter, was very accommodating and helpful to our needs. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable. We were in walking distance to a mall. The restaurant’s breakfast was delicious and filling. The special touch with the homemade soap, as a holiday gift was unexpected and thoughtful.

I had a wonderful experience at the Tampa Marriott, thanks to Michael at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, he was welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive. Michael took the time to listen, answered all my questions patiently, and made sure everything about my stay was smooth and stress-free. His positive attitude and customer-first approach truly stood out and made me feel valued as a guest. Exceptional service like this is what makes a stay memorable. Very clean but very small rooms. Probably the style when they built the hotel. Not much can be done about that. Great service. Very nice employees. Other hotels could learn from them. They need to have that. The pools are closed right up before you make your reservation. Not send you a message after you're already checked in the room to tell you the pool's closed

I chose this Marriott because of the indoor/outdoor pool area! Perfect because it was pouring rain when I arrived and I really wanted to go swimming. The front desk was super friendly and helpful. The free shuttle was convenient and the driver was funny and talkative. I got the business concierge balcony room. Big tv and nice balcony. Used the concierge lounge for breakfast. It was convenient and the food was decent. The on-site restaurant was a little expensive and the food was just OK but the cocktails were great!My stay was perfect for a pre-cruise night. 

Tyler and hunter at the front desk SAVED OUR VACATION!! after being treated like trash and cussed out at the ramada inn for asking if I can check in early i will never return to a ramada its marriot forever now no joke Tyler and hunter were working 2/22/2026 and its 10am now they went way above and beyond to make sure we had a place to stay at a decent rate highly highly recommend them literally me and wife are sobbing because of they way they saved our day MR. MARRIOT GIVE THEM A PROMOTION THEY DESERVE IT
