Marriott Springfield Downtown

Nice hotel! The lounge was excellent. The rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious. The beds were so comfortable. Great pillows. Cozy comforter. Bathroom was modern and well lit with a nice shower. Nice amenities. I would definitely stay here again. The check in experience was excellent!! The lady that checked us in was so helpful and friendly. Great experience.

Positive: Hotel was nice. Room was spacious Negative: Returned to our room after breakfast, found cockroaches running around.

It was a good location. Close to stores and downtown. Nice pool. The breakfast that was included was a yogurt, oatmeal, or cornflakes. We ordered from the menu and our breakfast was not included, so we ended up paying. The outlets on the night stands did not work. The heater was difficult to mess with. Maintenance had to come up and adjust. The maintenance guys was very nice and helpful. No microwave in the room. The only microwave was in the lobby store. That was a hassle. Didn't like that. Overall, it was an ok stay but need lots of adjustments. Staff was super friendly.

Let's start with the room was clean and the employees were nice. Now the problems, our room was broken into (before we checked in). The phone in our room didn't work when I went down to explain it to the front desk they did offer to give us a new room but the view was great so decided to stay. When I showed the desk person the pictures she said it wasn't broken into but didn't have an explanation. Just bothered me🤷‍♂️

I stayed at the Marriott Springfield Downtown recently and while there were some positives, nice fitness and pool area and polite staff, the lack of air conditioning made it a very uncomfortable experience. The room itself was decent—clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully laid out. The bed and pillows were genuinely nice: soft, supportive, and clearly good quality. I was looking forward to a restful night. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was either broken or severely underpowered. My room was hot and stuffy all night, and no amount of adjusting the thermostat made a difference. I barely slept, tossing and turning in the heat despite the comfortable bedding. Hoping for some relief, I went down to the lobby in the morning—but it was just as warm and stagnant. No cool air, no circula
