Holiday Inn Express Springfield Downtown by IHG

Room is big and clean. Bed is comfortable. Heater is strong. Breakfast spread is sumptious. Cinnamon roll, hot dogs and omelettes are delicious

This hotel is truly amazing! I had a noise issue my first night ( teens) and they went above and beyond to make sure they fixed it! And made sure I had an extra stay! Staff is wonderful rooms are extremely clean! House keeping is on top of everything! Highly recommend!

We found this room to be an excellent place to rest. We were quite happy that the room was so cozy for the price. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. I appreciated that the bathroom was stocked with Dove products, and they even provided a face wipe, which, though not Dove, was a thoughtful touch. They offered a good selection of breakfast items, which we enjoyed before departing at 10:00 AM. As a helpful note, we were informed that if the parking area is full, we could park in the numbered spaces, as the signs have not yet been removed. We would certainly consider staying here again.

Stayed here over the summer. The rooms were rundown. The first room we checked into was very rundown and I was surprised they would choose to check a guest into it in that condition. The front desk quickly offered another room. The room was slightly better, but still worn. The floor was soft when you walk across it, like bouncy in some spots. The parking situation is a hassle if the tiny parking lot is full. The breakfast was good.

Comfortable stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Springfield, MA downtown. The parking lot/area is within walking distance of the hotel but lots of minor hills and uneven pavement. Bathroom and living area very clean. Overall comfortable stay. The only blemish was the sound of loud cars racing during the evening hours.
