Nice spacious room!! Nice large bathroom with big counter. Great shower with good pressure and a good spray. Nice thick towels. But no clock, no notepad and pen. Bathroom has weird faucet and needs towel rods, esp when they don't do service every day anymore the way hotels used to until covid when they learned it saved them money to stop. Then they never brought it back. So how is one supposed to dry a wet towel? A single hook does not dry a towel the way they hang all bunched up. They dry on an actual towel rod and there are two big walls that could hold them. Since they don't do service daily I asked just to have my bed made. Well they didn't do it and housekeeping was gone when we came in at 6pm. I asked the front desk why they didn't, and was told our "do not disturb" sign was on our d
We stayed for one night after spending the day at Six Flags. The hotel is about 10 minutes from the park and an easy drive. Parking was a bit tight and I found the left side of the building to have much better lighting outside. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and efficient, check in was quick. Our room on the sixth floor was clean and comfortable. Bed, linens and pillows were comfortable and the kids were happy they could sign into our Netflix account on the TV. Full bottle toiletries in the shower were appreciated, the water was hot and water pressure was great after a long day at the park. Plenty of towels as well.|Breakfast on Sunday morning was served 6am to 10am and consisted of make your own waffles, western omelets, sausage, tater tots, fruit, yogurt, hard boiled
On the road trip from NJ to Maine, we stayed at 2 Hampton Inns. This was the lower quality of the two. I had to deal with my wife's nagging for choosing this hotel. On the end of the day from the tired drive, we did not feel that welcomed by the front desk staff, nor did the staff at the breakfast service next day look happy at the job. The room felt sub par. It looks like it has been updated, but half heartedly. The quality of the finish was not good. In room furniture and carpet feels dirty.
We booked here for a hockey tournament. I dont know if it was listed on the tournament website, but a bunch of teams did stay here. There was no knee hockey allowed and they would allow playing in a conference room either. Kids from all sorts of teams were bringing in knee hockey sticks and nets and told no. Don't stay here if you are traveling with hockey players. The hotel lobby was good place to hang out. The pool was a little on the smaller side but lots of kids filled in and had fun. The rooms were fairly clean but the bed and pillows werent very comfortable for a Hilton property. Location wise its near the basketball hall of fame and MGM. Have to drive to get to just about everything.
Room had an extra chaise lounge chair, which we needed. Hubby has congestive heart failure and cannot sleep flat...this chair was perfect for his needs. The bed was huge. I shared it with my daughter and didn't even know she was there while I slept! The bathroom was big-- perfect size. We didn't have the maid come in, but we were able to get extra pillows and towels, so the service was great. The location was not a 10. Maybe a 8.5. There were no stores nearby and that was a bummer. However, there was plenty of parking which was well appreciated. The breakfast was scrumptious! Eggs n sausage n homefries n apples n bananas n waffles, etc, etc, etc. One thing we really appreciated was that they held the room for us. We didn't get in til around midnight and I called a couple of times to assu
