Hilton Garden Inn Springfield, MA

Great location and excellent service. The hotel is modern and clean, and the amenities were just what I needed. The staff went above and beyond to make sure the stay was pleasant. A solid choice for anyone visiting Springfield.

The location is very convenient to route 91. The staff was very friendly from the front desk to housekeeping & maintenance. The hotel is immaculate. The breakfast included with your stay was great & the environment was soothing. The hotel was built well so you don’t hear noise from your neighbors on the sides or overhead. All in all it was a great stay & I’ll return next year!

Clean, spacious hotel next door to Uno's and across the parking lot from the Basketball Hall of Fame. Front desk staff were pleasant and thanked me for returning. Unfortunately, the pool was closed for renovations, but we didn't have time to use it anyway.

We chose Hilton because they are usually a better option when it comes to hotels in our budget, but unfortunately I felt like I was staying at a cheap, basic motel. The room was clean, but the staff that greeted us when we arrived were very unwelcoming and borderline rude. TV was very basic, and there was no guide, or Chanel guide, and there were bottles of water in the room with tags that said "complimentary for silver and gold members, all other guests $3.00". They would have maybe cost .25 each out of a case of 24. The entire hotel smelled like we were standing next to the pool. Not to mention the mediocre at best breakfast would have been an additional $16.50 each. No thank you.
