I brought my two children, ages 8 and 9, to stay over Columbus day weekend. I had to change my dates within a week of our reservation which they allowed me to do without fees. Check-in was fast and extremely friendly. Our room was very small, much smaller than I expected even with a Murphy bed. I had to move furniture in to the tiny kitchen just to put that and the sofa bed down. Heated pool and spa tub were very nice. The location is wonderful with a nice view of the ocean. I would gladly stay here again!

I am going there every year for at least last 20 years. Very little had been changed. The rooms are very outdated, swimming pool used to be heated, it is time to install quiet split AC units instead of old noisy air conditioners and replace furniture. The steps to the beach are rotten and could break any moment. The beach used to be taken care of. However, the price is keep going up every year.

What an awful place. Will never stay here again. I rarely give bad reviews but this one is earned. It started on check in. Was in the cattle line and the person working at check in (first impression) was not friendly at all. Maybe she was having a bad day or needed her cigarette but she should not be in the hospitality business!!! I check in to my "suite" and pull on the first dresser drawer to find it filled with clothes and a prescription for lorazepam. Did we get the wrong room? Did these folks not check out? Good thing I didn't have to worry about my kids finding it because I did first. Down I go to the front desk. She apologized and came right up to remove the items and I asked her to fix a broken drawer which she did. Gotta give her credit where it's due. One set of towels i

While it says it sleeps 4, sleeps is it. It's a Murphy bed and pullout couch. Very small. Nice kitchenette and very nice view. 8 minute walk to a public beach. Windy area though so it feels cooler here. You as the guest are responsible for providing your own toilet paper so stock up at the dollar store. Put your towels outside in order to receive clean towels. There is a tip envelope for the cleaning staff, but considering we did most of the cleanup it was a little offensive. Traffic here in the summer is HORRIBLE. On the upside it was clean with a nice view for a good price so I can't complain.

Stayed only one night in one of the larger suites. The location is excellent- right next to the ocean. The suite was ok- nothing fancy and could use some updating. Had to scavenge around for blankets for the extra bed in the living area, so it would be nice if they left them out for guests. Also, it would be very nice if they could keep the pool open later. It was a nice stay, would most likely stay there again if traveling with a large group.
