Marfa House

We loved our stay at Marfa House! Cannot say enough about the attention to detail and quality architecture as well as the amazing art and decor. We also greatly appreciated the thoughtful information/signage provided. Very comfortable bedding. Perfect location. Would absolutely recommend and enjoy staying here again sometime.

Historic home converted to a small hotel. It’s directly across from the train tracks so you will definitely hear the train during the night and early morning. Marfa is such a small town I figured we would hear the train from any hotel- but here you are right on it. The hotel is walkable to shops and the town square. We felt safe but were concerned about the side parking lot. We tried to park in front of the hotel each time. Our room was really small but cute and clean. There is a front patio with a grill. We didn’t use the grill but we did sit on the patio and chatted with our neighbors. Check in was easy. We were sent a code to access the building and our room. We loved our stay here. The room was beautiful and cozy. The house itself has a lot of character and charm. There were 2 doors with passcodes before you get into the house so you feel very safe.

Beautiful historic building in the heart of Marfa! Plus, fantastic owner, Roger, and on site manager, Sonya!!! Had a glitch with my reservation that I had made 6 months ago and Roger went above and beyond to remedy the situation! Outstanding! Super friendly, responsive and professional! Highly recommend staying here!!!!

Nice place to stay, there is a train that goes by but I’m sure you can hear it all over town. I would stay again.
