Elevator no longer working. The room I had was nothing like the photos online. The toilet ran all night long despite my efforts to stop it. The soap dispensers in the shower hadn’t been used in so long they were clogged closed. There was a slapdash effort to paint the walls. The chair at the desk was an old dining room chair with a worn out cushion seat. The air conditioner was less than efficient. And I’m not certain if the fire alarm was working. I gave it one night. Dirty walkways need cleaning and painting.

I first stayed here about 7 years ago and was suprised by the large size of the room and comfort. The decor was a little dated, but in a quaint way. The next time was just for a very short overnight stay, but all was fine. 2 years ago, the room I got was very small with 2 full beds crammed in. The bathroom was dirty looking, and the furniture was no longer quaint, but just used and old, however I figured the price reflected this. This August will be the last time. There were suspicious people hanging around the common areas, my room was dirty, and I didn't feel safe. The final straw was the lack of even the simplest of breakfasts---not even a coffee bar like the previous time. The manager informed me they were no longer allowed to serve breakfast because of the health department. S

Positive: The young girl at the front desk was great Negative: The place was horribly dirty.tub had a black mess in it. I took picturesl bed was wet bugs on floor people being inappropriate outside my door. Floor was filthy there was a bucket under sink that had bugs everywhere and nasty water in it full to the top

We had the absolute best stay at this beautiful hotel this week! Management & staff were so friendly & helpful to share local info about places to visit nearby too! I won't stay anywhere else next time I'm in town!!!

The hotel is old and not maintained properly. The smell is horrible (lobby and room smelled like old mold). The elevator is not working (seems like it went our of services years ago) the place is not clean and project lack of care for cleaness. The lobby was packed with equipment all over the place that also seem like it was left there long time ago. The room itself is as poor as the rest of the hotel. The floor looks and feels dirty and so is the bath (we did not use it since we were afraid regarding it condition). The sheets and bed were fine although bed surrounding and base looked dirty. Definitely not a place that we will ever return to.
