This "motel" should be torn down and turn the lot into at least a 3 floor - 15 Unit (9 - 1 BDRMS) (6 - 2 BDRMS) building Or more as it would also help with the housing/homeless crisis as well.
This is not a full service motel. They rent these units out monthly. They are very old and run down.
Met the owners not long ago, very nice and hard working people...
This is not a place I would recommend to anyone unfortunately.
