Absolutely AMAZING, Best Hotel I have ever experienced. Clean, sterile rooms, Delicious daily breakfast. Incredible Customer Service the staff are Outstanding. Mary- Food Area Kenneth-Food Area Chris Hines- Night Staff These staff all deserve praise, they are Absolutely Amazing, Friendly and extremely attentive. Way to go!!! I will always book here and so should everyone reading my review. :)

Positive: It was located close to boardwalk and railway. It was easy to walk or drive to our destination Negative: The one down side of you are planning on getting breakfast before train trip you have to complete with tour busses it was mob but the staff kept everything stocked just plan. On eating after 7:20 or elsewhere

We stayed here when we were dropping our daughter off at University. It met all expectations. Centrally located close to the University and lots of food options. The rooms were clean and the staff polite. A solid breakfast was available from 6:30-9:30. Parking was available and secure. Watch out for the orange chair it leans back quite a ways. There is also a mall directly across the street for shopping. Within minutes of the U.S boarder.

A very normal IHG with everything you come to expect. Our stay was comfortable, the staff was great, and everything was very clean. The kids loved the “spin the wheel” at check-in and we were very happy that breakfast was included. We would happily stay here again.

Stopped here during a work trip. Compared to other HIE's the building is a bit outdated on the outside, but the interior has been renovated and the rooms were partially updated. There is limited parking with a small lot in front and the hotel is next to an event center. There was a hockey game the night of my stay. It didn't interfere with my experience; although the hotel had staff verifying guests only parked in the lot. There is an add on parking fee which is the first I've experience at HIE in the US or Canada. It was six dollars Canadian plus tax. I was a bit put off by this as the parking is already limited and should just be included with the hotel rate. If the hotel was full, I don't think there would be adequate parking.
