Delta Hotels Sault Ste. Marie Waterfront

Overall, this hotel was fantastic and well worth staying at. The restaurant was excellent, with delicious food and plenty of room service options. Having a Starbucks right inside the hotel was very convenient, especially in the mornings. The gym, pool, and hot tub were all clean and well maintained, making it a great place to relax after a long day. The rooms were a good size, with a TV offering lots of channels and the option to connect to Netflix. The bathroom was a highlight, with heated floors and consistently hot water that made it feel like a small luxury. Everything was generally very clean and comfortable. However, my bed was extremely squeaky, and there was a noticeable stain on the wall along with some peeling wallpaper. These small details took away from what otherwise would h

Stayed here in August. Check-in Lady was the best. She was so nice, warm and welcoming. However everything after that went downhill. Hotel needs renovations. Very old style. Rooms were ok, but not dusted very well. There was a bug in the room, which kept buzzing all night long. Complained in the morning. Khaled said the manager will get back to me but never got back to me till date.

Had a great experience at this location. Check in was late due to weather. Staff was friendly and accommodating to ensure a great stay. Thank you on a job well done.

I'll start with the positives. The hotel is in a convenient location, within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, and shopping. There was plenty of parking and you can directly walk onto the boardwalk from the hotel parking lot. The staff I interacted with were all attentive and friendly. The common areas of the hotel appeared well maintained and clean. My room was also in a good state of repair and was clean. The bed, pillow, and sheets were all very comfortable. ||However, some things just didn't meet my expectations for a four-star hotel. My room was the same size and had the same layout as any standard room in a budget motel; which is a far cry from the rooms I am accustomed to at other four-start hotels.
