INN ON PIM

I had a wonderful stay at Inn on PIM. The check‑in process was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade from a single double bed to two double beds — a thoughtful touch that made my stay even more comfortable. I stayed for two nights, and housekeeping refreshed my room on the second day, which I really appreciated. They also welcomed me with some treats at check‑in, a small gesture that made a big difference. The room itself was clean, quiet, and nicely maintained, complete with all the basic amenities I needed. Everything felt cozy and well cared for. For the price, the value is exceptional. I’d happily stay here again and highly recommend Inn on PIM to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service.

I recently stayed at inn on pim motel and was genuinely impressed by how much it has improved under the new management. The renovations have completely transformed the place — everything feels fresh, clean, and well taken care of. The rooms are brighter, more comfortable, and maintained far better than before. You can clearly see the effort and pride the new team puts into running this motel. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and eager to make sure my stay was enjoyable. It truly feels like a brand-new place compared to the old management. If you haven't visited since the renovation, you’ll be pleasantly surprised. Highly recommend!

No housekeepers, Which means : no clean towels if you stay a week….. No clean bedding if you stay a week.. 1 mini garbage can in room which hasn’t been emptied! Garbage bin outside is beyond full! The wall thermostat near washroom doesn’t have a cover and it sparked and smoked when I tried to heat up the room… What else? The walkways are not shoveled to rooms….UNSAFE!! Absolutely no TV in room (but was advertised on front sign) no radio….no clock…. No coffee pot but there’s a coffee maker…. No receipts and I’ve asked for receipts several times!!! I paid at least $1800.00 for a month and a week! It took 2 days for the office to give me a refill of toilet paper. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DUMP ! RUN THE OTHER WAY!! I was recommended to check the hotel out from the guy working at esso. we drove up in a U-Haul towing a big trailer and almost drove right out especially when seeing reviews under its previous name and assessing the parking situation for our big rig. The owner came out and said he has a room for us that's big and newly renovated and accommodated our parking need. We were tired and the weather was getting bad so we took the chance. You can tell the new owner is working through renovations room by room but the one we got was fresh, clean and a bonus of no carpet but definitely not cold (we're hot sleepers lol so this may be perspective lol). I stayed at the Inn on Pim last night and wow the change! I stayed in room # 3 and it was amazing! I did not expect to be greeted by the owner himself! He recently took over the property and from what I can see it’s a huge improvement! The rooms are newly renovated and the whole property has an amazing fresh feel to it! I would definitely recommend the Inn On Pim for anyone coming through Sault Ste Maria! Bathroom is so fresh and clean… work station is neat and tidy! The I’m flat fresh, clean and cozy!
