MainStay Suites Springfield South - Battlefield Rd

We drove 5 hrs to stay here and enjoy shopping and good eats. After reading the reviews I was worried I made a mistake of booking this,but I was wrong. Y'all there's NO bed bugs or roaches! The water was fine beds were comfy, the place was clean and staff was wonderful, nothing was broke and the windows were fine.. everything is just like the pictures on the site! I didn't catch the receptionist name but she was great upon arrival. The area was a nice area no worries about your car or anything like that. The mall is across the street. Tons of places near by like 7 brew my favorite, shopping all around, Bass Pro not far at all. We stayed in the 2 bedroom penthouse. We come here twice a year but this was our first stay and next time we will be booking here again. A pool would be a plus but w

This hotel was a best in our voyage from Florida to Montana. Every detail was perfect and anticipated for weary travelers. You graciously accepted our 2 little furbabies and made our stay so comfortable. The hotel accommodated the first floor request when I called prior to arrival and we were so grateful. The stay could not have been any better, wish it had been longer than 1 night however :) Thank you to the entire staff!!

The room and king size beds were very nice and clean. The biggest disappointment was the pull out couch the mattress was stained and very flat it was gross, we stayed in the penthouse which is supposed to accommodate 6 people. We had to go buy a blow up mattress which cost us $100. I told the receptionist

I had bed bugs in my room I took pictures of them I would really like my money refunded after being bite multiple times and having to spend a entire day washing everything I had in that room so I didn't take them home with me.
