Magnuson Extended Stay and Suites Airport Hotel

This was literally the worst hotel I ever stayed at. All they cared about was money and they never kept the place up to code. It was a ridiculous amount of roaches in each room we stayed in just nonstop babies and ones with eggs. Had constant strangers walk up and ask if anyone sold meth and had prostitutes doing what they do out there and I’m sure the property manager is a part of it. We were unfortunately not able to work due to no car so we didn’t have enough to cover our room and they decided to throw us out in to the icestorm not caring about me having epilepsy and my sister’s mobile disability. I have stayed at this place three times over the past month and found it generally satisfactory for the price. However, my experience with the manager, Alex, was notably negative. Upon my arrival, there was no remote in my room, and despite requesting one, I went to the office on the third day to retrieve it myself. I also asked Alex to send someone to change my towels, but no one came.||||On the fourth day, I tried to use the house phone to call the office, but it rang for eight minutes without an answer. When I used my cell phone, it rang for five minutes before Alex finally picked up. I requested a full turnover of my room, but when the staff knocked at 9 AM while I was still asleep, I asked them to return later. They never did, so I called the front office and spoke to Alex again. ||||

Positive: Good cool air-conditioning! Picture on wall Negative: Dirty towels, No bar soap and floor was slippery and shower faucet was difficult to use with very low water stream! Bed sheets dingy color

The thing is that you just won't be getting your deposit back every time. Oh and wait 90 days if you put a bad review or complaints cause your not going to be welcome (not joking)

This place has roaches, the bedding is dirty and the pillows are worn out. The staff is incredibly rude and they have the most awful establishment, the owner will resolve all issues by calling the police even if it is in regards to how his staff is treating people! This is a horrible choice of places to stay!
