Luxury Inn & Suites

The front desk guy was friendly. There's a pet fee of $20 per pet per night. The room was dirty. The bed was broken, sheets were dirty. A/C was loud. Bathroom and bathtub were dirty. Bathroom door almost fell off when I closed it. Not worth the money. I walked in and seen the condition of the room and checked back out. I was told that the owner is the only one that can do refunds and he was out of town. And then was told I may not even get a refund at all. 0/10 don't stay here. Its a rundown poorly maintained place. Go to America's best value inn across the street or studio 6 down the street. Around the same price per night, but rooms and cleanliness are way better.

I stayed from 09/16/2024 through 09/28/2024 in two different rooms and they were both horrible. There are bedbugs and roaches in and on the beds, and in and on the furniture, walls and carpet. The sheets, curtains and furniture fabric all had stains and were in very poor condition. The toilet overflowed twice in room 104 and flooded half of the room and it took two days for them to come use a dry vac to dry out the carpet, but that was too late, and the whole room smelled like kitty litter. I asked for compensation, but the owner refused. I'll be taking them to civil court.

I stayed couple weeks ago and I all seen was people claiming in and out of the bedrooms from downstairs and people tip toeing around the hallways looking like they been up for some days and not showering and the room was ok ! But the front desk lady look like she was on something! Jim is pretty good guy ! Bob is always checking in! They just need to clean house meaning they need to get rid of some people!

The hotel is a death trap And has bedbugs and the staff are rude and lazy and I wouldn't put my worst enemy to stay here the smell alone is so bad and it should be wipe off the map and bulldozed and then burn the bulldozer DONT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SICK WITH BUG BITES AND THE CARPETS LOOK LIKE THEY GET THEM FROM THE TRASH AND IF THIS HOTEL DONT LIKE MY REVIEW OH WELL I WILL BE GETTING A LAWER AND WILL BE SUEING THE HOTEL WHEN I WIN I WILL BE MAKING SURE ITS TORN DOWN

OK I'm not sure where to start here so I guess I'll start at the beginning. I needed a cheap place to stay in Lincoln overnight going from Tennessee to Idaho. I arrived shortly after midnight, and was told that the pet rooms were upstairs. No big deal. The guy at the front desk was really nice and friendly and helpful and I have nothing bad to say about the customer service. The housekeeping is an entirely different story. I'm not sure they have housekeepers here actually. They probably do, but they do a terrible job. I walked into the room and my 1st thought was I just need a place to sleep. The curtains are cawkeyed and off the hooks, there are hangers left from a child, like the last tenants just left them behind and the housekeepers didn't see them. Underneath the bed is filthy, also
