Luxury Inn & Suites Forrest City

Positive: The price was great at this motel. It also had a mini fridge, microwave, and extra furniture to place items on and an extra upholstered chair to sit in. The A/C unit worked well. Negative: The towels were in very poor condition and a wash cloth had a dark stain on it. Also there were only 2 towels available. There wasn't enough toilet paper in the room.

Never had a worse experience with a hotel we get here early cool you know? Wrong to get here even 2 hours early is 40 dollars.. the room was 48 so no we won't be doing that. My friends however were already here to my knowledge so I pull around and message them about sitting in their room till my check in. Nope the concierge walks around the building having been watching me through the cameras saying I cannot park in the empty hotel parking lot when I explain I have friends here and was going to visit with them she replied that I could not go to another room and that each individual guest was an additional 50 dollar charge on top of the 40 dollar additional fee for being early the total bill on this cheap motel would end up being for me alone about 150 from an original 48

Towels are suppose to be white, but are dingy gray. Luckily, I had my own face towel or I wouldn't have been able to wash my face or shower. Rooms are clean and comfortable however, the blanket on bed are very thin. I would have loved to give it 3 stars 🌟 but housekeeping needs to step it up a bit.

They have new owners and my stay was excellent they dont beat on your door if you check out late everything was super clean big fluffy towels. Very big rooms and great rates

The wash cloths were stained and had black curly hair in them. The towels were stained and had hair twisted through the fabric. The bathroom floor were filthy. Photos attached
