Luxury Inn By OYO Albany

Booked a room at Sunrise by OYO but when I arrived I was greeted by employees who were clearly inebriated and smelling like the floor of a bar at 2 am. They gave my room away and sent us here like it was some prize! The desk associate here was drunk as well and smoking a marijuana joint outside in the parking lot. Nice 👍🏼 the rooms are disgusting and definitely not worth what I paid! I paid for a larger room and was stuck in a smaller room. Was offered a partial refund that has never come and calling customer service is a joke as they tell you whatever you get you off the phone then they don’t follow through! Save your time money and patience and go somewhere else!

After more than a decade of road-tripping across the U.S., this was unfortunately the least clean motel I’ve ever stayed in. The room felt poorly maintained, and the overall cleanliness was far below expectations. I don’t usually write negative reviews, but this experience was genuinely disappointing.

Horrible and roach filled. Staff does not care, they don't provide towels unless you argue them down, ppl all out in the parking lot at all times, just don't go there

Warning if you booked online try to be here by 11:00 p.m. I was on a trip and running late and got here at 1:00 in the morning and no one was there. The next day they cancel that reservation and gave me a new one. I never got a refund since it was a no-show even though I showed up. So now I have to pay double!! 🥺 don't have much complaints about my room it seem to be clean other than a cockroach I saw once
