LutZen Massage Studios at Mountain Inn

Teri was absolutely wonderful before, during and after my massage. I could tell everything she did and said was thoughtful and intentional. (She also makes wonderful shortbread cookies which she brought out on a small snacking plate with tea after the appointment.) My fiancé booked massages for us and it was one of the best, if not the best, massage I’ve had. The area is also gorgeous so it’s worth the trip, or if you’re in the area a stop by. I wish I didn’t live so far away, otherwise I would come frequently.

This was my very first massage (ever), so I went with an upper body massage and added a facial to ease myself into the experience. I was nervous and unsure if I'd be able to relax, but the space was very calm and inviting. The woman who ran my session talked with me before hand about what all the steps were, which I appreciated. The room had dim lighting and calming music, and I got to pick out essential oils for a fragrance during my session. Overall, I had a very positive experience for my first ever massage. I'm glad I had it done here.

I had a wonderful massage session with Terri at the Mountain Inn location. She listened with intent and makes you relaxed jut when speaking to her. Durung the massage she used a number of techniques from different modalities to meet the needs of my body and mind. I highly recommend the hot stones during the massage and using the sauna after. Makes the experience blissful

This was my first massage with Teri at LutZen and it was phenomenal. Teri was kind enough to squeeze me in at the last minute and the whole experience was wonderful right from the beginning. It truly was one of the best massages I have experienced and I left feeling extremely refreshed and relaxed. The special treats at the end while you were relaxing was so nice. I will definitely be back again to see her for another massage. I highly recommend if you visit the North Shore to visit Lutzen for an amazing experience that you will never forget.

I had a deep tissue massage here, and it was incredible from start to finish. Teri took the time to explain all the options and what the massage entailed beforehand, which really helped showcase what I needed most, and she also adjusted to my needs during the actual session. The massage itself was deeply relaxing and released so much tension I didn’t even realize I was carrying. I left feeling lighter, calmer, and completely rejuvenated. If you’re looking for a place that’s professional, welcoming, and truly focused on your well-being, I can’t recommend LutZen Massage Studios enough. I’ll definitely be coming back when I'm at North Shore!
