covered in people poop and used wipes. the site is tore up from the fact that livestock are often tied here and their hooves have torn up all the relatively flat area. the livestock have also pooped a lot. I can deal with animal poo, but the fact that there are so many piles of human poo and dirty wipes made this location unuseable. After one night, we packed up and got out

The trail was hot and exposed I recommend you start early while it's cool. The river at the campsite was gorgeous, unfortunately the campsite itself was littered with poop both livestock and human and there were dirty wipes littered all over. I won the lottery to be able to reserve this site for 3 nights and was so disturbed by the conditions we packed out the next morning. We would have left immediately had it not been late in the day. Greatly disappointed in the upkeep/conditions of this site.
