Lodge Inn Extended Stay

Initially, I kept trying to call to book a room, and I could not get the owner. When he did pick up, he hung up after I said I wanted a room, so I was not very impressed. I went to the location and still waited a while just to get service . He was nicer than expected and even gave me a few dollars off. The location was decent, and the room was clean. The only problem I really had was there was not housekeeping and when I went to the front desk and spoke with a lady she told me they do not come every day . I said well I need more towels and washcloths she told me to bring the old ones . I told her I needed a bag and she replied for what? I said to being the linen up front. She said I had never heard of that before. I so I got my own bag instead of carrying wet towels and washcloths to the

I really enjoyed staying here the 1st time. This time the man at the front desk refused to come to our room so we could show him the bed bugs. I'm so grateful that I had my own blanket and pillows. So after being up all night irritated from getting bit we thought we'd go somewhere else. I don't believe we'd EVER come back here again. Hope everyone takes heed to this before checking in.

DO NOT STAY! They do not care about the guest and only care for money. Me and my girlfriend have been staying with them every weekend for over a month and have had no complaints until our last day where they told us that the last time we stayed we cooked and it left a "smoke smell" which is a lie because we have been cooking all this time and they just now say something. Then when I try to inquire further information on the subject the boss tells me they have a regular that pays alot of money in the room and want to have it fresh for him. I stated we also spend alot of money with you to which his response was "I don't care." Extremely nice owner Mr. Jay! They had a military thing going on and everyone was booked up. He managed to get us a room. Clean and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.
