This new location is every bit accommodating that anyone could ask for. I Especially would like to give a huge condolence to the Management, and the staff team, they are all extremely-friendly and every bit helpful! It’s not easy being an away from home, but they have made every bit as comfortable as could be. Thank you Alisha, Rudy, and the whole team.

Excellent Hotel! We stayed here recently and were blown away by how clean it was. This hotel is brand new and everything inside is clean. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s in a quiet area with plenty of parking. I would highly recommend it and disregard any misleading negative comments. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

The property itself is new and clean. Unfortunately, our experience with management overshadowed that. On checkout morning, we woke 26 minutes past the 11:00 a.m. deadline and immediately called to inquire about booking another night. Rather than being given a chance to complete payment, Assistant Manager Rudy demanded we vacate within 10 minutes and threatened to call the police. We had been quiet, respectful guests for multiple nights and were actively attempting to extend our stay. The situation could have been handled with basic professionalism and courtesy. While policies are understandable, the lack of discretion and the immediate escalation were concerning.

I recently stayed at LivAway Suites, San Marcos, TX, which is a brand-new property with updated amenities. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the newness of the facility. However, there were several issues that affected my experience. Around 1 a.m., a staff member knocked on my door to give me a yellow parking slip that she forgot to provide during check-in and said it needed to be placed in my windshield. It was frustrating to be woken up that late for something that could have been handled earlier at check-in. When I asked if my car was still outside, she said she was unsure but that it “should be.” I also noticed other guests were disturbed and talking about having to go back out to their cars at that hour. The shower pressure was very poor, with almost no pressure at all. The
