Lexington Inn and Suites

If I were to rate this establishment, I would begin by criticizing the entire hotel’s non-smoking policy, despite the fact that the rooms were small and smoke was present. The bathroom was inadequately stocked with tissues, with only a single thin roll available. Additionally, there were ants in the tub, and the toilet did not flush properly. The air conditioning was malfunctioning, and the noise from the construction work in half of the building was excessive. The breakfast was poor, and the worker who served us was unprofessional. Based on these experiences, I would not recommend this establishment and would never stay there again.

I booked a reservation for my family the guy at the front desk that booked my reservation was very nice a pleasant. However when we arrived the manager was nowhere to be found my son went to look for her. Then when we explained that we had service animals I was told that the needed to see them I brought them to the front desk and then she started making faces. We didn’t feel comfortable or welcome So we opted out of booking.

We were very pleased with our one-night stay at this hotel. The bed was super comfortable - I felt like I was sleeping on a wonderful cloud. The room was nice and the people at the front desk were very friendly. The breakfast dining area was small, but there were two people working to keep it clean and well-stocked. There was a good selection of breakfast items: eggs, two kinds of sausage, cereals and oatmeal, and heated cinnamon buns, and a nifty pancake making machine. The rate for the room was also reasonable for Lexington. We would definitely stay here again.

I absolutely loved this hotel!! It's in a great location, and it has so many pros. The staff were friendly and helpful, the beds were more comfortable than mine at home, they had multiple pillows that were also great, and breakfast was hot and pretty tasty. The pool was closed for remodeling but that's ok. I think my only con would be the door to the room not shutting all the way unless you made sure to give it an extra push. I WILL absolutely stay here again in the future!!!

Awful hotel, staff, and lying customer service. Stayed there a couple months ago and they double charged my room charges. They acknowledged that they double charged but wouldn't refund the money despite saying they did. Despite months of calls & emails, never got a return call from an owner or GM to try and get the refund. Add to all this, the rooms are awful, very old and borderline disgusting. Hot water doesn't flow and air conditioning struggles to get the room below 75. STAY THERE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
