Best Western Plus Lexington Inn

Absolutely wonderful BW! Top notch rooms, service, and wonderful complimentary breakfast. IF I had to give a negative feedback, it would be the access. Behind other businesses, and a little restricted getting in and. But having said that, I still HIGHLY recommend this BW!

Currently been staying here since Saturday and it’s currently Tuesday night. Rooms are nice and what is expected. House keeping has been great. Breakfast is what you’d expect and tasty to be included. On Sunday we got sick unfortunately and that’s what has kept us in for this long. All the staff up until the person working Tuesday night have been accommodating. Previously asked for items to brought up with no issue. Tonight got told the staff could not bring toilet paper up even though they are aware we have the flu. Take it for what it’s worth.

Overall good hotel. I usually stay at higher level hotels, but was still impressed. The rooms were clean and fairly well maintained. Where they stood out was service and housekeeping. My room was serviced every single day which seems rare post-covid. I had an issue with my PTAC in the middle of the night. The fan blade was hitting something. Reported it as I left for work in the morning and had a brand new unit when I got back.

Cindy was a GEM!!! Probably the best hotel receptionist I’ve ever met. So so sweet. She had me smiling during the whole check-in process! I’d come back just for her.
