If I could give no stars, I would. The Heat/AC did not work. There was no hot water in the shower. The Toilet paper holder in the bathroom was falling out of the wall. The floor in the bathroom was dirty with dust and dead bugs.

I had a great trip but when they going to pick my $100 back on my card the hotel was clean and it was a good spot it was surrounded by a whole lot of food eating restaurants it was a good trip I enjoyed myself

Positive: Ease of access to interstate Negative: Hotel required a $100 deposit even after I had already paid and there was nothing on the website indicating that I would need a deposit

We have stayed here 4 times due to having to look for home in Lexington area. We had 3 previous good experiences, but this last time we stayed 2 nights and were incredibly disappointed enough to not return. It’s unfortunate because it’s right where we need to be. But we will find something else I guess. The biggest reason for me was that we were given ONE body towel for 2 adults for I guess they felt was acceptable for 2 days. We assumed house keeping would come following day to remedy this, but when we returned at 6pm from our errands….no one had even cleaned the room let alone gave us any new towels. We called the office and they told us to “bring the dirty towels across the parking lot to them and there give us some new ones” which I thought was totally outrageous. I’m not carting dirty

I was only here 12 hours. Chose this location for its proximity to my destination the next morning. I knew for the price not to expect the best of anything. I was not disappointed. The room itself was comfortable and quiet. But the lights between the beds were apparently unplugged (along with the clock), and the cleaning crew must’ve been on their phones while performing their tasks. A used washcloth left hanging over the curtain rod and a complementary bit of nasal debris clinging to the shower wall greeted me in the morning. I did not inspect the room fully before turning in, I admit, but this does not excuse the really poor job of cleaning. Lady at the desk was very pleasant. Too bad her nice attitude was overshadowed by the significant shortcomings of the room.
