Hampton Inn & Suites Lexington Columbia

When we initially visited this hotel (checking in February 7th around 2am) we had a great experience. Great customer service from the lady at the counter and the room was very quiet & clean. The breakfast wasn’t great, but it was good for the price of the room & experience of the stay. We just checked out today (March 1st) & have decided not to stay at this hotel again. Our check in experience around 2am February 28th was unwelcoming. The lady seemed to be bothered & did not have great customer service. The room we were assigned was 108 and was very clean & we had no issues with cleanliness or smells. After checking in so late, we expected to sleep in, however, we were awakened at 8am by loud children playing in the hallway. They didn’t play for 5-10 minutes & weren’t corrected by any ad

We love to stay at Hampton Inn when traveling. Our most recent stay at this particular Hampton Inn Our was absolutely everything they stated it was plus so much more. Shout outs to both the morning and evening front fest personnel. They went above and beyond for us to ensure our stay was the best it could be. The rooms did not disappoint on cleanliness, readiness, comfort, and just as we requested. Love, love, love the breakfast variety and taste. We will always stay at this location every time we travel to this area.

Excellent choice! We were hoping to check in quickly and run back out for coffee. They had complimentary coffee right there in the lobby, along with fruit and hot chocolate! The whole hotel smelled great. Everything was clean. Plenty of choices for breakfast. We would definitely stay again!

We have stayed in this hotel around New Years for the past several years. It continues to be one of the best ones out there. It is clean, well kept and in a quiet and very safe area. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was quite nice too. it is only a mile or so off I20.
