⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The food service team was absolutely amazing and incredibly friendly. Maria, the omelette master, is always pleasant and truly worth her weight in gold. We even had the chance to meet the executive chef, who was welcoming and attentive. He personally ensured that our alpha‑gal food allergy requests were handled with care, and his entire team greeted us with smiles — even remembering us the next day. Beyond the restaurant, the hotel staff was equally wonderful. When we requested shampoo refills and extra towels, they responded quickly and with genuine friendliness, making us feel truly cared for. If you have food allergies and are worried about dining out, this hotel restaurant is the place to go. They go above and beyond to make you feel safe, comfortable, and valued. Highly

Where to begin? My family and I stayed here for a couple of days. The entire hotel only had 1 functional elevator which was almost always filled to or past posted capacity. This of course made me nervous so we started using the stairs in the fire escape and the hotel locked the doors stating “maintenance” though it was Thanksgiving and no maintenance was being performed. Not only is this a massive code and endangerment violation, but they purposely wanted everyone to be relegated to the one elevator that was frequently beyond safe capacity. Aside from that the carpeted room was very musty and the room didn’t appear to have had a thorough cleaning in a very long time.

Positive: Quite literally nothing. Very poor stay, treatment from staff and facilities. Broken phone, $20.00/day to park in your hotels parking lot. Insane. Street parked my Lexus on principal rather than give them the $. NO VALET! Self park for $20 mind you. Negative: No heated pool as described. It was also dirty and in decrepit condition. Light fixtures in all hallways were slanted and damaged. Carpet in hallways damaged and torn up and replaced sectionally. No sheet on bed.My view from my king suite was a lobby.

Rooms were good sized after being upgraded to a suite for a one night weekday stay. However the suite itself definitely seemed like it could use some more cleaning, HVAC had a musty smell which definitely detracted. Not enough lighting for such a large room. Bathroom tiny and old for such a space. Did find a hair on the bed and missing conditioner and body wash from the bulk bottles (they were just not attached to the wall). Some highlights: good service recovery when I responded to the service manager asking how my stay was. The breakfast was included in my corporate rate and was good quality. Fresh cooked to order omelette, fresh blackberries, smoked salmon and the usual continental breakfast fixings. Service was a little slow but it since it's mostly a buffet, it wasn't too bad.

This past weekend my spouse pulled off the most incredible surprise—a stay at your hotel—and it was nothing short of perfect. From the very first moment with Rafael at the front desk, to the very last goodbye, every detail exceeded our expectations. We loved it so much that we extended our stay just to soak in more of the experience. The staff across every shift—morning, afternoon, and late night with Ashten—made us feel genuinely cared for and added so much warmth to our visit. Thank you to the entire team for turning my birthday into an unforgettable, joy-filled celebration. You didn’t just give us a stay—you gave us memories we’ll tressure forever ♥️
