Landmark Hotel Dallas - Addison

Booked this hotel on Priceline.com due to the rating and the beautiful photos. I don't know if they are renovating, or if they have some rooms that are new and some that are old, but the hotel is not what is advertised. This is a currently under construction Best Western Plus. The halls are in a rough state, and the room looks nothing like the photos when booking, which is disappointing because they looked lovely. The communication with the hotel is also very difficult. Front Desk staff are polite, but they are apparently not authorized to do anything. That is on the manager, but I can never get a manager on the phone.

Positive: Price, location and comfort. Negative: Breakfast was just ok. Food was lacking.

We got stuck in the winter storm And the hotel that we booked, had some problems with the pipes. They were more than accommodating and the rooms are so comfortable. Throw all that in with a free breakfast By far one of the Best deals that I have come across renting rooms. If you have it narrowed down to a few choices trust me for the price that they’re offering you’re not gonna find a better deal.

Under renovation extremely loud music just walked in and checkout right away they should not be open until completed
