Its a really good place and very good staff. Its not luxurious so if youre pampered and looking for a spa-like experience then you might be disappointed. The rooms are spacious with lots of lighting, there is laundry and a workout room here and decent breakfast. The location is close to a lot of food options and shops. Very satisfied with my time here

Meeting a cousin and husband who were traveling to Maine, we came from Bedford PA and found we'd booked the same hotel! Lucky. Everything was fine but special kudos to the desk staff. So helpful, friendly, welcoming. This was in the Wyndham chain at one time but now independent. Our room was very comfortable, very clean and we had a great night's sleep. Excellent linens and towels, plenty of outlets, good AC/heat system, and I love dispensers for the toiletries. My only (very minor) issue for "Good" rather than "Excellent" was that breakfast left a little tiny bit to be desired. We survived, never fear. We would stay here again. My cousin suggested first floor rooms for anyone affected by highway noise; they were on third floor and found it a little much for them.

I wouldn’t wish this place on my worst enemy. From the moment we walked in, the experience was a complete disaster. The staff was unbelievably rude and acted like helping guests was some huge inconvenience. Every simple question felt like we were bothering them, and the attitude we got back was beyond unprofessional. The room itself was absolutely disgusting. I’m not exaggerating when I say it looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in months. Stains on the sheets, hair in the bathroom, dust everywhere, and a smell that hit you the second you opened the door. It honestly made you question how this place is even allowed to operate. Great home to stay when you're away from home. A very pleasant and attentive staff. The accommodations are perfect, the butler pantry is very good. Daily Continental breakfast and the weekend breakfast are satisfying. Close to the outlets and other locations but still in a quiet setting. Have stayed here before and will definitely be back again.

Excellent hotel. Very good location with everything around. The staff is all great. I was provided a quieter room as I requested because I had work responsibilities. They went above and beyond to make sure I’m happy. The bed is very comfortable as well as the couch and nice kitchenette. The breakfast is fresh, coffee always available which is very convenient. Hotel is very clean and breakfast lady is very nice and on top of everything to ensure guest satisfaction. Do not follow any bad reviews! This hotel I highly recommend and speak the truth on this great property!
