Lancaster Lincoln Inn

DO NOT GO HERE!! They make you do everything online and you cannot go inside to book a room so you have no ideas how bad it is until you get inside AND they have a zero refund policy so you are beat. It sleeps inside the halls and rooms, the carpet hasn’t been cleaned not even vacuumed in years and it is filthy. The bath tub had clumps of hair in the drain and there was a roach trap on the floor of the bathroom. The trap didn’t work because there were roaches crawling around. The sheets look like they were from found used from a yard sale with holes all in them and the furniture was the same. It was all falling apart and horrid. When we complained about all this we were told there is a zero refund policy and we have to email the company. We will be doing that along with contacting the BBB

How is this place still inhabitable? I arrived to the property around 8 in the evening. I was greeted an odor of mold and mildew inside my room. There were a-lot of noticeable cheap repairs. One of the dressers drawers were gorilla glued and taped just as if a guest like me wouldn’t notice it. The room was poorly clean, furniture was beyond worn and tired. The toilet seat underneath was covered in dried pee stains and a clump of hair was clogging the shower. Not to mention, a homeless looking women was standing at the end of the building and each time passing by asking if I had any leftover change on her just so she can buy a “sodapop at the gas station” absolutely horrific. This place needs to be condemned or at least burnt to the ground by city officials. This is inhumane!!

This room was not good at all. When we walked in we had soap only for "toiletries" provided. There was residue on the chairs, the box springs look like they had a fight with a cat, a white spot on the floor, the door was duck taped and a patched over whole in the wall. I then had to ask for pillows, which there were none to give, towels, and an ice bucket. BUT that wasn't the worst part. I'm lying in bed and a ROACH crawled up the wall next to my head. That is disgusting,  and appalling. I would be ashamed. I wrote an email to the owner but haven't heard back. I would give negative stars if I could. I want my money back.

This place is absolutely horrible!! We walked into our room and left immediately! The walls are filthy, the hallway smelled like standing water/cat pee, the beds were disgusting, lamp shades were missing, the door appeared to be kicked in, the wall next to the first bed was patched but not sanded or painted, the red chair was all torn up, the place is disgusting! We drove a few feet down to Econo lodge and that place was no better!! I would not recommend staying in this area! After two hotels and driving 10 hours from Michigan we are leaving at 2:30am from the second hotel with no refund from either hotel and no idea where we are going to stay!!! I will never visit this area again!

One star is actually to high for what i walked into when getting to my room. There was cigarette burns on both bed covers. No iron. Human hair and feces on bathroom floor. Trash still in receptacles and spread through out room. Went asked for a different room or refund or someone to clean it. Desk worker says no one can help and no number to call for assistance (not even an on-call manager for assistance at 6:30pm on a Friday night). I immediately left and am currently waiting to see if they will refund my money or not.
