As others report, a total mess and runaround for booking and payment -- two lost reservations, rate increase, and charged us for more nights than agreed then refused to refund. AVOID. Made a reservation 2 mo in advance, called a week ahead to confirm and found it was cancelled due to "changing systems". Rebooked by phone, showed up in person to check in and the unhelpful kid at the front desk said they had "lost all reservations" due to "changing systems" yet again and could not book us manually. We rebooked via Expedia while standing there to avoid finding a new hotel at night, but had to pay a higher rate than what we'd reserved :( Manager did get in touch and said they'd comp us one of our three nights to make up for hassle. Confirmed (supposedly) we were only charged 2 nights at

Lost our reservation twice. No one could give me a confirmation number over the phone. Emails never came through. They are currently an absolute NOGO. They assured us we had reservations before we left. Got to hotel, no reservations, not honoring prior price, told to book through Expedia on my phone in the lobby. Zero customer service. Very nice man at the desk with zero authority from corporate to make things happen. This is your fault, Marriott or whoever at Sheraton isn’t making this transition. Not cool at all. Hopefully it gets better.

The room had a great view, and the kitchen was fully equipped. It would have been even better if there was some hot soup available for breakfast.

Creo que es un engaño no avisar que están remodelando el hotel antes de reservar, ni desayuno decente dieron por la misma razón. No me gusta que me omitan estos pequeños detalles. Además cuando hicimos el Check inn nos dieron un cuarto sucio, después lo cambiaron pero que falta de atención.
