La Quinta Inn & Suites Houston Bush Intl Airport E

We needed an inexpensive hotel for a night before a flight. The location was good for us in terms of proximity to the airport and they have a shuttle service. Burger King and a convenience store next door, but no real restaurant options nearby if you don't have a car or want to Uber. The beds were firm, which isn't my preference but I still slept fine. AC worked well, staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of air conditioners, if you're sensitive to perfume smells be aware.

Front desk staff was rude and the airport shuttle information provided by the property was inaccurate. I checked into the hotel shortly after midnight, with an 8:00 a.m. flight out of IAH the next morning. When I originally made my reservation a week prior, I asked whether the airport shuttle needed to be scheduled in advance. I was told that I could arrange it upon arrival and that securing an early shuttle would not be an issue. Based on my flight time, I was hoping for a 6:00 or 6:30 a.m. departure.||||When I arrived at the hotel around 12:30 a.m., Clara at the front desk informed me that the only available shuttle times were 5:30 a.m. or 7:00 a.m., so I chose the 5:30 a.m. option. I was instructed to be in the lobby at 5:15 a.m. I asked whether arriving at 5:20 a.m. would be acceptable

Transport from airport took ages to collect & drop so lost most of the afternoon after a 16 hr flight. Hotel preferences weren’t adhered to. However the front desk lady on duty was amazing and arranged for a better option for us even though they were pretty full. Beds were very comfortable. Coffee machine in lobby was not working so couldn’t have a coffee before our early morning departure unfortunately. Only real fault with this hotel is I would say it’s very outdated and needs some maintenance. Probably wouldnt stay here again but it’s pretty cost effective and close to airport if you have an early morning flight.

Reserved Accessible room with roll in shower and 2 queen beds two weeks ago. Upon arrival the room type I reserved was not available. We were given an accessible room with a walk in shower but it had no grab bars. Staff did hunt up a shower chair, but safety was a significant concern with no grab bars. Also the shower had no place to set soaps and shampoos except the floor. The shower only opened from one side (the water side) so as caregiver I got completely soaked while bathing my loved one. The room itself was spacious and comfortable with room to maneuver the wheelchair. The bed was extremely firm, which may be comfortable for some, but not for us. Staff was as accommodating as possible given the situation and allowed me to check two rooms for suitability since our reserved type was

I had a great experience at La Quinta Inn Houston. I accidentally created a duplicate charge when booking, and even though the reservation was nonrefundable, the hotel still refunded the extra charge, which I truly appreciated. The staff was friendly, the stay was comfortable, and the airport shuttle worked perfectly. Overall, excellent service and a very positive experience.
