La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Tampa Central

The staff was pleasant upon check-in and whenever we needed a little assistance. The only real issue I had was with the pillows. My wife was fine with them but I had a few spinal surgeries a few years ago and my neck and shoulders are incredibly tense, so the larger firm pillows didn't do my neck a ton of favors. Other than that it was a really nice staff and experience.

It’s at a good distance from the airport but I wasn’t happy with the way they approve late check for their high tier rewards member and then kick the guests out as their need changes. We were approved until 1pm and 12:25 they sent us an email saying we have to be out by 12:30pm. The cleaning staff and manager were banging at our door to leave at 12:30pm.My wife tried to explain and show them the 1pm approval email which we received at 10:30am, and since we just received the new email, we need a couple of minutes to pack. The manager/owner Mr Patel spoke disrespectfully to her saying we have already given you late checkout, now get out of the room. He shouted at her almost trying to hold her by the arm and push her out of the room.I was mid dressing but still he didn’t have the courtesy to

I stayed at la quinta central on Nov 8 -10. I love the free breakfast and the free f c coffee maker in the room. I swim in the swimming pool. The only flaw is then is no restaurants in the building

Exellent location, the staff was super nice. The pool was good.

I would like to thank the entire staff for their efforts and assistance. Unfortunately, our stay began on a difficult note, as we had to be moved three times due to a strong mold odor in the rooms. This situation raises serious health concerns, as mold exposure can pose risks to guests’ well-being. Additionally, maintaining safe and sanitary room conditions is a fundamental hospitality standard, and this issue may not be in alignment with those expectations. I strongly encourage management to address this matter as soon as possible to ensure the safety and comfort of future guests.
