La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Springfield

I’ve stayed in a mobility accessible room several times in the past few months. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is timely and well kept. Made the mistake of grabbing a candy bar from the mini market.. $3.75! Seriously? Accessibility could use some improvement, but definitely better than other properties I’ve stayed at.

We were highly impressed by the staff's professionalism, from the night clerk to the check-in team—who delivered an extra quilt within five minutes of our request. A special mention goes to the breakfast attendant, whose work ethic was remarkable; she worked tirelessly, sanitizing tables the moment they were vacated and keeping the food stations impeccably stocked and clean. This was the seventh hotel of our 12-day trip, and it completely bowled us over.

This place is simply the best. Everything is always perfect from the reservation process through check out, I mean always perfect! I stay here every time I'm in town for parent events or to just visit my daughter at OU. I'm a platinum member and they are very accommodating to any need I have ever had. Andrea and Jacob are amazing on the graveyard shifts whenever I have any reservation issues, late night requests, or check-in late at night. Amber and Teresa are awesome on the day shift and always go above and beyond to make my stay a wonderful experience. The rooms are always spotless, well maintained, very comforting, and I'll never stay anywhere else when I'm here. Thank you for all you do, I appreciate all of you and I look forward to seeing you next time I'm in town!

Positive: Location was convenient for me. Bathroom fan works separate from the light. Negative: Lighting in room was not sufficient. Need an overhead light.

Perfect two day stopover. Spacious rooms excellently appointed and serviced. Did not use the restaurant other than to grab a cup of coffee each morning but noticed a plentiful choice.|We did use the bar each evening and must make special mention of the bartender. She was so friendly and welcoming and looked after us very well. |Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel for anything from an overnight to a long stay.
