I booked this stay through Priceline based on the photos and a 'best deal' search for my family, but it was the worst hotel experience I have ever had—comparable to a low-end Econo Lodge in the Bronx. ​We stayed in room 232 and were immediately hit with a staggering smell of cat urine. The front desk was polite and admitted the room next door had been 'shut down' due to undisclosed cats, and the smell was seeping through. While waiting for a new room, I noticed the floors were filthy—my daughter's feet turned charcoal black just from walking across the room. ​We were moved to room 230, which smelled like stale cigarettes. However, the worst part was the bedding. While preparing the beds for my 1-year-old and 8-year-old, I discovered visible, unwashed blood stains on both beds. It was clear

We were driving up to Washington from California and needed a place to stay near Eugene. I had paid for and reserved the HomeTown Studios in advance. The office was a mess and the desk clerk was pleasant. It was a red flag that I needed to sign and initial a long list of rules. The rules suggested that guests trashing the rooms was not uncommon. We also were asked to pay a $50.00 deposit. The area in front of the motel was dirty. When we checked out our room we noticed an odor. We asked for another room and followed the clerk to see the room. There were pieces of an old egg McMuffin on the landing in front of the room and cigarette butts. Inside the room the pillows on the bed were stacked as if someone had been sitting on the bed. When I pulled down the bed spread the sheets

The service was outstanding!! Cassidee was so friendly and kind. She goes above and beyond to listen and help our stay to be affordable. The room was nice and comfy bed and shower wise. Just reeked of Marijuana. The posted signs say no smoking or vaping. However the hallway and our room and some rooms adjacent to ours reeked of pot!! At night after 10pm when trying to sleep there were many distractions from Marijuana smell, to crying screaming children, to banging in the hallway. The Marijuana alone makes us not want to come back. 😕

Checked in and checked out almost immediately. Rooms were beyond filthy. The first one smelt of cat urine and litter that burns your chest. Food stains on ceiling and walls. Spiderwebs all over, the floors had so much pet dander and dirt from the last guests that my kids feet turned black in a matter of 5 minutes. They sheets even looked dirty. Since we couldn't breath in the first room they were willing to switch us which was nice but the next room was almost worse. With blood on the sheets not stains but actual blood still the sheets that were never changed. I tried to turn on the shower in the second room the shower head wasn't connected properly and sprayed the whole bathroom.
